If your payment fails, our system retries again automatically. If still unpaid after 3 more days, your account will be temporarily suspended until billing is updated. Meanwhile, you will lose access to all premium membership content and community areas, and all hands-on support will be paused until payment is received.
If your invoice still goes unpaid after a few weeks, then your membership will be automatically canceled.
Premium members can update their billing information during normal business hours by contacting Premium Member Support to request a payment update link prior to your payment processing. The support team can also update this information for you over the phone.
If your membership payment has already declined, however, then you may use the invoice link emailed and texted to you in order to update your billing information at any time (24/7).
Yes—Premium Members may request to place their membership on hold for up to 90 days per year, with possible extensions granted case by case. Hold requests can be submitted via email, text, or telephone.
Reinstatement depends on how you left your membership ...
- After a hold: You may resume anytime within the allowable hold period and pick up where you left off.
- After a cancellation: You must reapply for a new membership and start fresh.
You can reinstate anytime during your approved hold period (up to 90 days). Once the hold expires, your membership automatically resumes unless you cancel.
