Our Telephone Number
At this time, to keep everything "member-exclusive" and fully TSR compliant, we no longer share a public phone number or book sales calls.
In fact, we have no desire to seduce or persuade consumers with pushy sales tactics to convince you that you need what you already know you need.
Direct telephone support is reserved exclusively for our active members so we can give them the dedicated attention that they've joined us for.
That being said, however, we are currently in the process of rolling out a brand-new public phone line where non-members can connect with our very well-trained and knowledgeable AI agent (available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week) for answering just about any questions you may have and for providing general support. Our Location
Our advocacy group is headquartered in Columbia, SC. Although we do have a physical location, it is especially reserved for current members with urgent matters only. Since COVID, our team has maintained a safe, secure, and effective workspace from home which has allowed us to better serve our members at the lowest cost possible.
